Hi guys, It's been a long time but I still have my sisterlocks. I'm now re-tightening them myself and I am so happy even though it takes me 5 days to complete my entire head. I just take my time and re-tighten them in sections. I don't know what took me so long to be a DIY-er!
I have been doing updo's most of the time because it's too hot to wear them down. I love curling my locks on pipe cleaners and taking them out without unraveling them. I just simply pin them all up. Here is my latest updo.
I know it's hard to see but I promise next time I will have better pictures.
Add the tomatoes and black beans to the eggbeaters. Scramble until cooked. Place in middle of tortilla. Sprinkle 1 oz cheese down center. Roll up burrito style. Wrap in saranwrap. Microwave until heated through and cheese is melted (about 45-60 seconds for each tortilla)
Makes 8 burritos at 275 calories each
Total Recipe: 2200 calories
Green Smoothie Recipe
1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
1 teaspoon of honey
1 teaspoon wheatgrass powder
1 cup of frozen mixed fruit-blueberries, strawberries, etc.
1 tablespoon protein powder
1 handful of spinach (optional)
1 teaspoon of flaxseed (optional)
Blend everything together and drink, yum yum
(Add more or less milk to the consistency you like)
Lemon Master Cleanse
Take a clean one-gallon jug and pour in the following:
3 Quarts of Water
1 Cup Lemon Juice
1 Cup Pure Maple Syrup (not maple flavored, but the REAL stuff-Grade B) or molasses (If you are a diabetic)
1 Teaspoon Cayenne
Shake it all up and drink 8-12 glasses a day for 10 days
